Children's Church and Children's Ministry
Children's Church is for those in Kindergarten through 5th grade. They meet during the Sunday morning
worship service, singing songs, making crafts, playing games and listening to a Bible story. The children
worship God and learn about Him on their level.
The Children's Ministry consists of Wednesday evening Bible
lessons, Lock-in's, Sunday School, and Children's Church. They do various activities throughout the year
and participate in mission projects.
Community Service
Zion Hill Baptist Church provides oppertunities for people who need to fulfill Community Service hours.
Please fill out the registration form and you will be contacted about serving your Community Service hours with us.
Christian Literature Collection Ministry
Christian Literature Collection Ministry partners with Love Packages.org,
a ministry aimed at putting Christian literature and bibles into the hands of people around the world.
Christians all across the USA collect bibles, Sunday School materials, books, etc.
Love Packages sends them to ministries in many poor countries to distribute freely to people hungry
for the Word of God. These are materials that would have collected dust on shelves or been thrown away.
Now it's being used to reach souls for Christ, encourage, and build up the Church.
Zion Hill is one of the numerous churches collecting Christian literature, BIBLES (even torn up ones,)
etc. to be delivered to the Alabama distribution center. Russ and Nancy Willard facilitate this ministry
for several local churches by transporting the collections a couple times a year.

throwing out old Sunday School literature, please contact the Willards at

Food Pantry Ministry

Music Ministry
The Music Ministry at Zion Hill is traditional with
a variety of musical styles from hymns to spirituals
to Southern gospel to Contemporary
Christian. The Praise and Worship Choir leads
in worship each Sunday morning.
Choir rehearsals are Wednesday evenings at 7:30.
Our goal is to lead our people to worship God
through the music in our services. The musical
talents of our members are utilized through
solos, duets, trios, quartets, and instrumental
solos and accompanying.

Student Ministry
The student ministry at Zion Hill exists
to encourage students to pursue an
authentic, intimate and in-depth
relationship with Jesus, in order to make
MUCH of HIM in their daily lives.
This is accomplished through Sunday morning
Bible study, Wednesday night youth
fellowship, and worship and campus
ministries. Students also enjoy fellowship
during outside activities such as Lock-Ins,
bowling, and Laser Tag.
